Return and Refund Policy

Key information:

  • 30 days to return the items
  • After 30 days it is no longer possible to return the goods
  • 14 days to process refund
  • No restocking fees
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not accept exchanges
  • This policy is subject to our Terms of Service.

Return and Refund Policy

No matter the reason, you can return your purchased item within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, you won't be eligible for the return anymore. To start the return process, please contact us first at info@houseoflondn.com. Afterwards pack the items carefully in their original packaging. Please make sure that the items must be in the original shape with all the original tags attached. Note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Refund

Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and let you know via email. Once inspection has been done, you will get a full refund on the original payment method you have used for the order. Normally this process takes up to 14 days, if it takes any longer, please contact us at info@houseoflondn.com.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges, so if you are not satisfied with your order and would like to get something else, first proceed with return and then place a new order.

Cancellations

Have you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order? No problem, just send us an email at info@houseoflondn.com and we will cancel it for you. Just do it as quickly as possible, once the order has been processed we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Damaged or Wrong Items Received

Have you received a damaged or wrong item? Unfortunately this can happen and we are very sorry for that. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to us at info@houseoflondn.com. We will do our best do rectify this problem as quickly as possible and get you the correct non-damaged item.
