Shipping process

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have started processing your order, this usually takes us 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). If you place your order before 14:00 GMT, we will start working on it the same day. Once processing is done, we will dispatch your order to you and send you an email with tracking information. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 business days (Monday - Friday). Currently we offer free shipping on all orders within the UK.

Delays

Have 8 business days (Monday - Friday) passed from the day you placed your order and you haven't received it yet? We apologise but delays can sometimes occur due to many reasons such as holidays, peak travel time, and so on. Please give us additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before you contact us at info@houseoflondn.com.

Cancellations

Have you changed your mind and would like to cancel your order? No problem, just send us an email at info@houseoflondn.com and we will cancel it for you. Just do it as quickly as possible, once the order has been processed we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Damaged or Wrong Items Received

Have you received a damaged or wrong item? Unfortunately this can happen and we are very sorry for that. Please take a photo of the issue and send it to us at info@houseoflondn.com. We will do our best do rectify this problem as quickly as possible and get you the correct non-damaged item.
